Returns + Exchanges


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please understand that we are strict with this. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

If you purchased a botanical product and are unsatisfied, we are happy to issue a store credit, exchange, or partial refund. Unfortunately, due to the sanitary aspect of body products, we cannot offer a full refund. Herbal products do not always give instant gratification like pharmaceuticals and may take continued use over a longer term to see benefits. For this reason, we recommend that you try your herbal product for 30 days (unless you are having a reaction), and if you are still unsatisfied, please email and we can arrange for you to make a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
  • Herbal/body products that have been used/partially used/contaminated 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. It may take longer for the credit to apply to your account, depending on your bank. 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Please make sure that you read the sizing charts on clothing items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
