HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Some of our items are made to order, so we appreciate your patience in advance. All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave our location within 3-5 days of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your products are shipped.
This is what our process looks like:
- The order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your products are shipped.
- It will USUALLY take 7-10 days, from the date of shipping for your order to arrive worldwide, but PLEASE allow up to 2 weeks during holidays due to high demand.
We ship from Florida.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
We try our best to combine all orders whenever possible. On occasion, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. The reason for this is to ensure that you receive all your items as quickly as possible since some items are made to order! Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
CAN I TRACK MY ITEMS?
First, thank you for your support and we can't wait for you to receive your goodies!
Second, YES! Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you just simply go to the Track My Order page located at the bottom of our website. Input your tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email and there will be the status of your order. You may be prompted to input the courier after you enter your tracking number.
If for any reason the track order page isn't loading or your order is not showing up, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you promptly.
** You can only track your order after it has been fulfilled and shipped out! **
MY ORDER WAS LOST OR DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
In the very rare and unlikely event of a lost package or damaged item: don't fret, my pet!
All you need to do is email us with your order number at email@example.com and we will reply within 24 business hours.
** We ask that you please wait until the estimated delivery time has passed before assuming the item is lost **
** For damaged goods, please email us and include photographs of the damage.**

Basic Witch Botanicals are made in a private kitchen in Florida, and as such are not FDA approved. All herbals are sold as curios and are not intended to treat, diagnose, or prevent any diseases or illnesses and should not inhibit you from seeking medical consultation from a doctor. It is required that we inform you to not ingest or inhale any of our products. Potions and charms are not guaranteed success as the true magick lies within you. These items are simply tools.
